Swashakti is an organization that which is affiliated with AIWC,New Delhi. We organize skill based literacy programs for women which are conducted in slums with a motive to empower them economically. We even train them in some programs which help them to find livelihood opportunities. To promote rural development farmers need to be trained adequately, we have educated farmers about modern, equipped and advanced agricultural techniques.
Sawshakti envisions holistic rural development through which the rural population is enabled and empowered. It seeks to educate and help farmers and women in finding livelihood opportunities.
To empower women and train them to become leaders through more activities that ensure rapid progress and welfare of rural women and children. Upscaling to other districts of Karnataka by recognizing more communities where farmers need to be educated and made aware about newer and more advanced farming techniques for a brighter future. Organizing more numbers of skill and development training camps to help the deprived ones.
As response to Covid-19 , we helped by distributing masks, sanitizers and ration to poor families and we could cover 1500 families.

We conducted group formation program for water shed development department(WDD) and farmers producer organization(FPO).

We conducted Sujala Entrepreneurship Awareness Program for SHG in Chatta Village (Lingasugur).
EDP Training for SHG Members
Skill training programs such as paper bag making, home food products, tailoring and even Self Help Groups(SHG).Through these activities women are given opportunities to showcase their skills and creativity.
Homeless People Survey Programme
We identified 9 homeless people in Lingasguru, our team member rescued them and reported to TMC Lingasguru. This activity has indeed been beneficial to those homeless people.
Distributed basic requirements for Leprosy affected people
M.C.K.S Food for the Hungry Foundation Karnataka and GRAMS Samsthe Raichur were donated the clothes and nutritious food kits to people affected with Leprosy.
